The Gunslinger

Some people say he lurks after birds and squirrels with his blowgun stalking his prey after school.  Others say he’s a pro drifter only when he wears his golden fore arm sleeves in the silver Ultima. Or when he does his paraplegic stretches before baseball games to satisfy himself.  When he plays right field he comes up gunning every time like there ain’t no tomorrow.  Everybody loves the Gunslinger because he’s the one that rocks the red cooler to school as a lunch box and packs hard boiled eggs in it. Who does that? He’ll be the kid who gets arrested for shooting the Hadley moose because he got so excited to see it. Anyways, that’s the Gunny for you, and that’s why you just got to learn to stalk the prey with him. Otherwise, you’ll become his prey! Deer Slayer, Signing out.
