Homework in English!

I’m going to be honest with you, the amount of homework were getting in English 12 is absolutely ridiculous. I have homework every night for that class and to have to blog for for her too is crazy. We had to read a book over the summer and now we had to read a book by the same other so we can write a 5-7 page essay on it while were still reading Macbeth. Not to mention we have to do all these activities and quotes for homework. We have have so much work to do that kids forget whats actually due. Matt Dunn says “Homework during senior should be more optional than focused on as an requirement.” I understand what the man says but if you get what I’m saying, we calculated that we were 18 days ahead of the other class and we still haven’t slowed down. I just don’t understand why we can’t take it easy and be like the other class because they don’t do as nearly as much as we do.

Facebook in School?

There’s a lot of kids who are going on facebook during school hours and I’m not going to lie, teachers know about it too. Word on the street is that people just surf the facebook web during their classes and they don’t even need to use a proxy to get on. You can just type it on the normal web search bar thing. I don’t know what it’s called because I’m not ejumucated. One of the things that’s bad about going on facebook during school hours is kids forget to sign out of their facebook account. Then they logout of their normal computer account and a new student will log on and go on facebook. This student will go on facebook and mess with it and do bad things which causes all sorts of chaos. I don’t really have an opinion on it because i think if your dumb enough to not sign off that it’s your own fault. Otherwise if you don’t get caught being on it, congratulations!

Trip in the Ambulance

I guess that I could say that flag football is officially a hard core sport. During gym class on a beautiful Friday morning there were two rivalry teams who were setting foot on the the soccer fields of Hopkins Academy. They were ready for an outstanding gym class they so call like to call the AP gym class or as we call ourselves, gym class heroes. Brian Pelchat had snapped the football and was scrambling to the sidelines when the opposing defense of player had rushed to the sidelines to push him out. It was Burke Bonneville, and as they collided heads the blood spilled from Burke’s head as he ripped off his shirt like a warrior and walked off the to the sideline. The players were going crazy as they saw the blood trickle down his face. He was immediately rushed to the nurses office where he went into shock. There, he was called an ambulance and taken to the hospital in Northampton. A little Novocaine and fourteen stitches did the trick. He returned to school the following Monday with his gym class heroes to play hand ball. Luckily he can say chicks dig scars.
